This package is not currently compatible with the Tangram suite due to incompatibilities with rdkit and openbabel. It should be installable separately, though.

Requirements

• libtangram, pychimera (pip-installable)
• openbabel (conda-installable with conda install -c openbabel openbabel)

conda install -c insilichem/label/dev -c insilichem -c openbabel -c plip tangram_plip

Note

This package might need that you launch UCSF Chimera with pychimera --gui
